We hold true to our core values to: Make It Happen, Do The Right Thing, Work Hard, Smart and Safe, We Care, Be The Best, and Own It.Family Owned- 20 years in business operating in Texas & LouisianaSeeking an experienced Low Boy Driver that can work independently to meet customer's needs by safely delivering heavy construction equipment at our Sulphur, LA service center.Responsibilities:Safely deliver equipment with RGN/Hydraulic dove tail trailersSafely load, unload, & transport heavy construction equipmentMaintain records, e-log, PTI's, delivery documentsPlan routes and schedules to meet customers' expectationsInspect & maintain the haul truck & trailer through pre & post trip inspectionsGeneral inspection of cargo being delivered/transportedObtain customers' consent on delivery documentsAct as liaison between customers and rental coordinators, salesmen, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and notify BLE of any damage to equipment or grievances.Education & Experience:Heavy-haul trailers/RGN trailers and construction equipment background a must.Must have knowledge of & understand current DOT & FMCSA laws.Excellent MRV required.Applicants must have a valid CDL driver's licenseHigh school diploma (or equivalent) and be able to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.Company Benefits:Top Tier Hourly PaySign-on BonusShort Term IncentivesCompany Profit Sharing401K with company matchTool and work boot allowance, prescription eye protection allowanceContinued education paid trainingMedical, Dental, VisionCompany paid life insurance,Company paid Short and Long Term DisabilityMon-Fri, on call as neededThe above statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified; nothing restricts the company's right to change, assign, or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time or for any reason.QualificationsEducation: High School or better.Experience: Excellent MRV required.
